Sara R. Blevins

Sara practices in the areas of employment law, education law, and general civil litigation. She has experience with many employment and human resources matters counseling and representing employers, including such things as employee policy manuals, employment agreements, severance agreements, wage claims, and compliance with federal and state laws (e.g. ADA, Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, USERRA). Sara counsels and represents both employers and employees on matters related to non-compete agreements and trade secret protection. Sara represents public schools on a wide range of issues including employment law and student matters.


Sara is skilled in a wide-range of civil litigation areas including representing employers in employment matters (including EEOC charges and discrimination, FMLA, FLSA and wage claim litigation), breach of contract, business relationships (including fiduciary duty violations and shareholder disputes), defending personal injury/wrongful death claims, commercial landlord/tenant matters, and real estate disputes (e.g. adverse possession claims). Sara is knowledgeable in both state and federal practice and both small and complex matters.


Sara is an Indiana Registered Mediator.
