Paula Glanzman Goldberg (licensed in Indiana, Illinois, New York and the District of Columbia) is Of Counsel in the firm’s lending and finance practice group. Paula has experience in a broad range of commercial litigation matters involving real estate, mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, commercial sales, and post-judgment proceedings in state and federal courts.

In addition, Paula has extensive experience in the non-profit world in fundraising, programming and strategic planning.

She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the Brooklyn Law School.

Practice Areas

Paula concentrates her practice in the areas of government guaranteed lending, conventional commercial financing, and real estate. As closing counsel for various financial institutions, she works to preserve and protect their government guaranty.
