Our attorneys have represented businesses and industries in a wide array of environmental matters for over thirty five years. We are regularly engaged in matters in Indiana, Ohio, and other Midwestern states. We advise clients on regulatory compliance issues and represent companies in proceedings before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and other state agencies. We litigate environmental disputes in state and federal courts and before administrative bodies, including the Indiana Office of Environmental Adjudication.

Throughout the course of our decades of work, we have assisted clients in obtaining millions of dollars in remediation grants, payment of environmental cleanups through insurance recovery, cost recovery lawsuits and Excess Liability Trust Fund (“ELTF”) claim reimbursements. Our attorneys have been involved in legislative and rulemaking initiatives, including air pollution rules and the Indiana Environmental Legal Action statute, and have litigated appellate court cases that have impacted Indiana law on insurance recovery, medical waste processing, hazardous waste management, and recovery of cleanup costs.
