Allison’s practice focuses primarily on immigration law. Allison joined Lewis Kappes as a Summer Associate in 2019 before joining the firm full time upon completing her studies.

Prior to joining Lewis Kappes, Allison gained invaluable litigation experience working as a law clerk for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General in their Government Litigation section. Allison also competed in several trial advocacy competitions and organized the Maurer Internal Trial Competition during the spring of 2020. Allison was selected as a National Member of the Order of Barristers.

During law school, Allison served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality and the Executive Advocacy Coordinator for the Honorable Sherman Minton Moot Court Advocacy Board. She was also Vice Magister of Phi Delta Phi – Foster Inn and Director of Campus Outreach for the Protective Order Project. Allison also worked as a Student Associate for LexisNexis.

Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Indiana University – Bloomington with Departmental Honors in Spanish. After earning her undergraduate degree, Allison worked for the Indiana Department of Child Services as a Family Case Manager focusing on permanency in Marion County. Allison then attended law school at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she received her J.D. in 2020.

Allison is fluent in Spanish.
