Carol has had a diverse career holding various leadership positions including serving as a co-founder of an insurance claims business, the business principal for an architectural design firm, the director of the Harvard University Institute for Learning in Retirement, the board chair of a not-for-profit organization, the director of training and organizational development at a nationwide corporation, and a business strategy/human resources consultant. She has assisted a wide range of businesses with strategic changes (such as restructuring, expansion, and mergers/acquisitions), process improvement, management issues, succession planning, communications, and business development. In addition, Carol has helped companies strengthen their human resources by designing and facilitating training programs, overseeing corporate-wide employee involvement, feedback and recognition efforts, directing recruiting and staffing, managing compensation and benefits, coordinating communications, and coaching team members.
